Our Firm

     Bill York and Eldon Hinds formed the Firm of York & Hinds in 1998.  The Firm engages in a broad general business, tax planning and transactional practice, including formation of entities and related matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, equipment leasing, real estate, acting as outside general counsel to a number of entities and individuals and business disputes among owners of entities.  The Firm's client base has included a diverse mix of business entities and individual entrepreneurs, including financial and investment companies, equipment dealers, rental and leasing companies, real estate developers, insurance agencies, vehicle dealers, vehicle and equipment repair companies, commercial garage maintenance companies, book publishing companies, software and tech companies, manufacturing companies and companies related to the oil and gas industry.

     Eldon Hinds has retired, but Bill York has continued the Firm's practice with the same core values of providing sophisticated and responsive representation to our clients at a reasonable cost.
